Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If a product is returned, it will be sent back to one of Printful’s production facilities and will be stored in a temporary warehouse for 30 days free of charge. During this time you will receive an email about the return from me as the artist. We will then discuss the problem with the order (wrong size or delivery address, defects, etc.) The product can be reshipped during this period.
At the end of the 30-day period, all unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Shipping returns
The shop’s return address is Printful’s by default and depends on the location your parcel was delivered to: Packages shipped from the Printful location in Latvia will be returned to Lidostas Parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
